Participants will spend 12 hours in a kennel (6pm-6am) with a shelter dog or cat to help create awareness about what it’s like being in the kennels, what goes into shelter animal care, and hopefully get a few of them adopted!

We are encouraging members of the community to get involved with the 2024 Slumber Party, donate to a participant's fundraising efforts, and watch portions of the event LIVE on the RV Facebook page!

Dollars raised through your fundraising efforts will go directly to the Rescue Village animals.
Each participant is committing to fundraising $1,000 by the day of the event.
Upon registering, you will receive a welcome packet media tool kit with some tips and tricks for fundraising from Community Engagement Manager, Gabby Bessmer. If you have any questions before registering, please email gbessmer@rescuevillage.org
